In our beginnings, the goal was to cultivate and produce extra virgin olive oil of the highest quality, respecting traditional production methods as much as possible while applying modern technologies that allow us to obtain a product of superior quality — highly recommended for health and an essential ingredient in preparing the finest dishes of Mediterranean cuisine. This goal was achieved by using only the best fruits, carefully controlled cold extraction methods, and professional expertise in our mill.
