I have been buying Columela for about 15 years.

I use it in all kinds of salads and occasionally in pasta. I include it in the gift baskets I make for dear friends and other important people in my life. It is more expensive than the commercial brands we see advertised here in the US, but the taste is all you need to give yourself permission. Once you try it, you'll never use another brand.

For me, the best olive oil ever.

I love this olive oil. It has a mild nutty taste (really, it does, not just the advertising language I usually read when buying olive oil), it is well packaged, has a great cap on the top of the bottle (no drips!), and even my grandchildren like it. I use it for salad dressing, baking and frying, bread making... everything. Lastly, I've noticed that the oil, once opened, doesn't get that rancid smell or taste that some oils get.... I don't know why, I just know it's my observation. I have bought more expensive oil from specialist houses, but I have never been as happy with them as I have been with Columela. I will definitely buy again as I have 3 bottles on hand all the time.

The best olive oil.

Excellent quality and consistency. Delicious flavour with a hint of pepper combined with the richness of Spanish olives. It will not overpower recipes and will enhance the dish.

Medium acidity for the genre. Very good flavour profile. Excellent in salads as well as in marinades.

I haven't tried it with ice cream yet!

I have tasted similar vinegars in Spain and I can vouch for the real thing.

This is the best tasting sherry vinegar we have used.

I would miss this product if it wasn't in my cupboard.
